In other parts of the world, halloween costume are generally worn on very important days. kids halloween costume are not nearly as ‘fun’ as it is in America. It’s possible that in America, we don’t have an established long term culture to wear a cultural kids halloween costume. When you think of Ireland or Scotland, you think of men wearing kilts for their cultural costume. But when you think of American, you see a white person eating and consuming as their kids halloween costume. American can be seen as an extremely sad culture, as we are known more for being a super power in wealth, sports, military strength, and nothing more. When you look at other cultures, you can see and define generations of developed cultural wealth. In America there is no such wealth as America is a land of immigrants from many nations with a history that only dates back a few generations. A few generations is not long enough to create a valuable cultural heritage. Some see America’s melting pot a thing, as there is such a mix of cultures and is one of the associated costs of having a free country. And a free country is something we all really want to live in, because after all, it is ideal!
